Dean Day entered the initiative with his Independent Games Studio – Greenlight Games. With a well-developed business plan and proof of his abilities, Dean was chosen as West Kent’s winner in 2015.
In the year that has followed, Dean has received a host of interest from various companies looking to work alongside his exciting venture, including the games platform, Unity. On top of this, Greenlight Games has partnered with Greenwich University, providing the Company with a number of benefits, including access to office space within the campus for a year as well as funding to recruit a team of interns to work with the Studio.
Dean has launched many different games since winning the initiative, with his latest app ‘Deul’ – a fast paced shooting game, set to test players’ precision and reaction time - receiving nearly 2 million downloads.
