As well as being one of the Founding Partners for Young Start-up Talent, Lorraine also heads up a leading Public Relations agency based in the heart of the South East. She has no shortage of expertise in media relations, having worked for a prominent leading newspaper group for seven years, managing a business paper with strong links in both local and national media. Lorraine now heads up the successful PR Agency - Media Word Waves who act for a variety of clients. In 2014, Lorraine won the ‘Influential Woman of the Year Award’ at the NatWest Venus Awards for Sussex.

At just 22 years old, Rob is in charge of three thriving businesses, as President & Chief Investment Officer of Future Capital, and the Chief Operations Officer of The Creative Group. Rob is not only well-known, but also well-respected within his industry focused around creative media, real estate investment, equity capital and venture debt. In 2012, Peter Jones named Rob as National Entrepreneur of the Year, and he has recently been nominated for the Wall Street Journal's Young Investor of the Year for 2016/17.

Chris has worked for NatWest for over 35 years and heads up the Chichester Corporate and Commercial Team managing relationships with SME's in West Sussex. He is focused on assisting his clients achieve their goals, together with supporting the growth and development of the local business community.
Having started his career in Chichester he was delighted to return to the City after carrying out various senior roles in the South of England and Guernsey.

Eileen Lintill has been a councillor for 10 years. She is Deputy Leader and Cabinet member for Community services. Prior to becoming a councillor she worked for Royal and SunAlliance Insurance Grouping a variety of roles, underwriter, Services Manager, Audit and Compliance Manager and Claims Unit Leader. Outside of the council she supports her local youth club and over 60’s centre being on the management committee of both. She enjoys all sport especially football.

Bishop (Dr) Warner has been involved with the church for many years, after being ordained as a priest in 1985 at Exeter Cathedral. He is a traditionalist who has worked resolutely in recent years to encourage provision in which people of all integrities can remain together. Currently he is Bishop at Chichester Cathedral.
