At just 20 years old, Matt started his own business, which has since led to him winning a number of awards, including 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'Business Person of the Year' at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards. This entrepreneurial spirit inspired Matt to become one of the founding partners of Young Start-up Talent, with a view to encourage and motivate young entrepreneurs to start their own businesses. On top of this, Matt is also CEO of his own group of companies, The Creative Group, which includes an award-winning full-service design, marketing and print agency based in the South East. 





As well as being one of the Founding Partners for Young Start-up Talent, Lorraine also heads up a leading Public Relations agency based in the heart of the South East. She has no shortage of expertise in media relations, having worked for a prominent leading newspaper group for seven years, managing a business paper with strong links in both local and national media. Lorraine now heads up the successful PR Agency - Media Word Waves who act for a variety of clients. In 2014, Lorraine won the ‘Influential Woman of the Year Award’ at the NatWest Venus Awards for Sussex.


Philip is the Regional Director for North and West London Business Banking at NatWest Bank.

Philip joined the bank 15 years ago in the small business division progressing from a Senior Business Manager in the City of London to Area Business Manager and then Area Director for the West End where he started the Hotels Team. He then lead the Charities, Education and Social Enterprise Team for 5 years in Corporate banking where the clients were the largest charities, all types of schools and Universities.

Philip leads teams with over 100 managers and his clients are responsible for nearly 2% of all the people employed in the UK today.

Simon has been a Partner of Owadally & King since October 2005 joining the firm after leaving university in 1986 as a trainee accountant and studying for his ACCA qualification. Simon acts for a mixed portfolio of small and medium sized businesses providing tax and technical advice together with broader business guidance.
