Ana Christie has substantial business experience both in the UK and internationally. Her career began in aviation working both at Gatwick and Heathrow airports before progressing into hospitality for Marriott and Whitbread hotels, and subsequently managing the London Aquarium. Ana was executive vice president of an executive recruitment and human resources consultancy in the Philippines before working for the British Deputy High Commission in India in entry clearance (visas and immigration). On her return to Britain, Ana joined the pharmaceutical industry managing a team of project managers. Ana advanced her career by joining Sussex Chamber of Commerce in May 2014 as Chief Executive.

Gary has spent his entire working career with NatWest, undertaking a variety of roles across Sussex and Kent. Predominantly, Gary has specialised in the SME customer space and spent time as a Relationship Manager looking after start up and small businesses before joining the Commercial Banking segment looking after businesses in the £2m to £25m turnover bracket. For the last three years, he has led the Commercial Banking team for East Sussex, a team of nine Relationship Managers based from hubs in Brighton and Eastbourne.

As well as being one of the Founding Partners for Young Start-up Talent, Lorraine also heads up a leading Public Relations agency based in the heart of the South East. She has no shortage of expertise in media relations, having worked for a prominent leading newspaper group for seven years, managing a business paper with strong links in both local and national media. Lorraine now heads up the successful PR Agency - Media Word Waves who act for a variety of clients. In 2014, Lorraine won the ‘Influential Woman of the Year Award’ at the NatWest Venus Awards for Sussex.

At just 20 years old, Matt started his own business, which has since led to him winning a number of awards, including 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'Business Person of the Year' at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards. This entrepreneurial spirit inspired Matt to become one of the founding partners of Young Start-up Talent, with a view to encourage and motivate young entrepreneurs to start their own businesses. On top of this, Matt is also CEO of his own group of companies, The Creative Group, which includes an award-winning full-service design, marketing and print agency based in the South East.

At just 22 years old, Rob is in charge of two thriving groups of companies and has recently joined the Young Start-up Talent team as Strategic Director. Rob is not only well-known, but also well-respected within his industry, which is focused around investing and growing businesses to help them reach their full potential. In 2012, Peter Jones named Rob as National Entrepreneur of the Year and he has recently been nominated for Wall Street Journal’s Young Investor of the Year 2016/17.
